What if I am not satisfied with evapour8?
Here at evapour8 customer satisfaction is our number one priority so that is why we operate a 14 day returns policy which means if you are not satisfied with your product you can return it and receive a full refund. Please note returns will only be accepted if the product is damaged, not working or not as described on our website.
Are there any benefits for first-time customers?
YES, currently at evapour8 we offer our first time customers FREE 48 Hour Delivery by using code FREE48 at the checkout. Please note that this code is only for first time customers and will not be valid when attempting to use on multiple transactions.
Do you have a customer referral program?
NO, evapour8 does NOT currently offer a customer referral scheme, however this may be something we will consider in the near future.
